While our mattresses can be shipped anywhere in the United States, SomosBeds foundations need to be hand-delivered to preserve their quality, something that is only available in select areas as of right now. Our delivery area is currently limited to PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, and Washington DC, but we’re making plans to make it easier for anyone, anywhere to get a SomosBeds foundation in the future.
What If I Don’t Love My SomosBeds Foundation?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SomosBeds purchase. If you don’t love your foundation as much as we do 100 days after your delivery date, we’ll work with you to make it right with our one-time comfort exchange.
Do I have to wait to return my foundation?
A new foundation can be an adjustment to your sleeping habits, so we think it’s best to give it a little time before initiating a refund or exchange. We ask that you give your SomosBeds foundation 30 days to win you over. If you’re not in love after that, reach out to us to start your one-time comfort exchange.
What is needed for the comfort exchange?
So long as your exchange is initiated between the 30 days after your delivery and before the end of your 100-day trial period, all you need is to make sure your foundation is clean and free of damages like stains or rips.
